Terms of Use

Welcome to RenderShots ("we", "our", or "the Service"). By accessing or using RenderShots, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. RenderShots is an AI-powered architectural rendering platform operated by Maria Gimena Sozzi Demalde (the owner), from Argentina.

RenderShots allows users to upload architectural images (screenshots, sketches, floor plans) and generate photorealistic renders using artificial intelligence. The Service includes: • Render generation in basic, advanced, and 3D floor plan modes • Storage of uploaded images and generated renders • Community gallery for sharing renders • Client delivery tools (WhatsApp, Email, Telegram) • Professional branding system (Pro and Studio plans)

To use RenderShots you need to create an account through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

RenderShots offers free and paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record for all transactions. • Paddle is responsible for billing, taxes, and refunds • Prices may vary based on your location and applicable taxes • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period • You can cancel at any time from your settings panel • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billed period • Refunds are managed according to Paddle's refund policy One-time purchases (such as Premium Export) are non-refundable once the download is completed.

By using RenderShots, you agree not to: • Upload illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content • Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent content • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system • Abuse the quota system or the sharing bonus program • Automate use of the Service without prior authorization • Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own service We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions.

Uploaded images: You retain all rights to images you upload to RenderShots. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating renders. Generated renders: Renders generated by AI are the result of an automated process. We grant you a broad license to use, modify, and distribute the generated renders for personal and commercial purposes. Community gallery: If you choose to publish a render in the community gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it publicly within the platform. Note: Artificial intelligence may produce visually similar results for different users from similar inputs. This does not constitute rights infringement.

Renders are generated by artificial intelligence models and are subject to the following considerations: • Results are visual approximations and do NOT constitute technical drawings or official architectural documentation • We do not guarantee the technical, dimensional, or regulatory accuracy of renders • Renders must not be used as construction documentation • Result quality depends on the quality of the uploaded image • Results may vary between generations, even with the same parameters

The community gallery allows users to share renders with the community. By publishing to the gallery: • You confirm that you have the right to share that content • You grant RenderShots a license to display it publicly • Other users may interact with your content (emoji reactions) • You can remove your content at any time The social sharing bonus system requires manual verification. We reserve the right to approve or reject posts according to our quality standards.

RenderShots is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months • We are not responsible for decisions made based on generated renders This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rendershots.com. Upon account deletion: • Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days • Renders shared in the public gallery may remain anonymously • Active subscriptions will be cancelled We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when reasonably possible.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute related to these Terms or the Service: • Both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for 30 days • If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina For international users: nothing in these terms limits the rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
